Please contact us for out of pocket therapy fees. Limited slots are offered on a sliding scale, we will try our best to work with your needs.
Insurance
We accept the following insurance carriers: Cigna (including Oscar), Optum/United Health Care (UHC), and Aetna.
We are an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. If you have out-of-network benefits, we will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
